TEAM Consulting offers a variety of waiver services to adult individuals with developmental disabilities. Our structured day habilitation programs and adult day services help individuals continue to learn daily living skills. TEAM staff work with each individual to help them reach their goals. 

 

We focus on the importance of getting involved in the community, staying active, healthful practices, and fun recreational activities. We are a TEAM with staff and individuals served working together to surpass obstacles through self-impowerment so that everyone's accomplishments matter.
