Living Well Ohio Membership

Every DSWP will receive a year free membership upon completion of the training.  Consumers and agencies can join the forum and become a member for $40 a year per individual. 

Membership Includes:

• Access to knowledge base / Information sharing 

• Chat forums

• Contest entries – For every IWP a DSWP writes with a consumer, they can enter the wellness goal and success story for a chance to win very exciting prizes. 

• Discounts to events or future courses & Wellness on Wheels activities near you

• Monthly Newsletter

DSWP, clients, and/or organizations can hold memberships within Living Well Ohio and will maintain shared knowledge, chat forums, contests, refresher courses and, an annual event, all as a place to spread wellness.  Livingwellohio.com        Blog Coming Soon
