Our Motto is “NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE”

During the COVID crisis many negative issues have risen in our communities.  Our goal is to have NO ONE FIGHT ALONE.  As we attempt to overcome the Chaos, Obesity, Violence, Isolation and Destruction created by this pandemic, it is vital that we create “Unity for our Community”.

 

We are offering some ways to Get Fit and Healthy Minded for everyone!

Options:

  1. Open Fitness or Wellness training, with TTF – set day and time for a group     VISIT TEAMTERRORFITNESS.COM for more info

  2. Monthly Challenges – Events at predetermined locations

  3. IWP Brainstorming Sessions

  4. Get Fit Ohio – Virtual interactive zoom visits

  5. Wellness Lunch and Learns – as scheduled

  6. Individual one on one specialized wellness services

  7. Creating HOPE Arts projects – Mindful Expression

Bringing wellness to your facility is easy by contracting with our wellness team to bring events to you or your clients. Participate in one of our large events to display “Unity & Peace” – supported by the Creating HOPE Arts projects developed throughout the State. 

 

CREATING HOPE ARTS – is a Statewide art project in that your agency and clients can participate.  The creation of Unity projects that will be displayed in annual events and to propose connections for us all! See creatinghopearts.com for current projects

GOALS

Outreach as far as possible

Provide socially distant wellness opportunity in local communities

Introduce Well Mindedness to everyone

Counteract unhealthy lifestyles  

 

EFFORTS

Contract will local government bodies to provide space and opportunity

Provide wellness for Mind, Body and Soul

Support Professional and Consumer personal well-being

 

OUTREACH

Provide mindfulness in public venues and virtually

Develop membership-based wellness groups

Hold training camps and fitness events throughout the State

Partner with other wellness service providers to expand in all areas

ACTION STEPS

Contract with external agencies to develop programs 

Market the program concepts to persons served and direct support professionals

Obtain community safe zones for programs to take place

Develop positive outcomes and continuation planning

 

HOW

Agencies will contract with us to design a program in the service area.  Fees will be established based on demographics of said program.
